Now, three years after they first listed the Greenwich Village abode, the Sex and the City star, 50, and the Ferris Bueller alum, 53, have sold the 6,800-square-foot home for a reported $18.25 million -- almost $750,000 less than they paid for it.
As seen in pictures, shared with Us Weekly by Zillow, the luxe townhouse boasts several amenities, including six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a dining room, a library, and a state-of-the-art kitchen, all spread out over multiple floors.
Per Zillow, there's also a split-level garden, a Juliet balcony, and a private terrace off the master suite. The New York Times reports that the suite takes up an entire floor, and has its own private bath and fireplace (one of seven in the townhouse).
The closets are something to behold, too. According to the Times, there is "a wall of closets near the master bath," plus a dressing room and a walk-in fit for any fashionista.
Multiple reports indicate that Parker and Broderick never actually lived in the house. They and their three kids -- son James Wilkie, 12, and twins Marion and Tabitha, 6 -- have another home in New York City's West Village neighborhood.
That residence was featured in the actress' 73 questions video for Vogue last year. Shots of the interior showed lots of full bookshelves, a cozy green couch, a ping-pong table, and a piano, among other things.
