We would not have expected anything less from the French as just a safe and pleasant journey was not enough. Now the French public train system got beautified with stunning works of art resembling famous impressionist masterpieces. Artworks are made in collaboration between SNCF (the French national train company) and 3M, located on line J, traveling through areas that were often an artistic inspiration for French painters. Images are alike famous originals from the Musée d’Orsay, architectural photos from Versaille, and pictures from Cinema Gaumont.

Each morning French commuters enjoy the most beautiful impressionist art on the line that stops at the summer home where Claude Monet painted his ‘Water Lilies’ series. This is one cool way to start the morning on the way of to work, we would say!
