This might be your last chance to use your grill for the year, so fire up the propane and get started. Or, if you don't have a backyard grill, a small indoor grill will work just fine.

Line the grill with your favorite hot dogs.

Grill them until they are extra crispy. If you're like me, you may want to burn them just ever-so-slightly.

To turn your ordinary hot dog into a Buffalo blue one, simply start with mayonnaise, Buffalo sauce, lemon, black pepper, celery, and blue cheese crumbles.

Place the mayonnaise into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add the Buffalo sauce to the bowl.

Squeeze in half of a lemon.

Add as much or as little black pepper as you'd like.

Stir everything together, and now you've got a delicious Buffalo mayo.

Place the mayo aside, and dice the celery.

Take your perfectly grilled hot dogs and generously top with the Buffalo mayo.

Add the diced celery and blue cheese crumbles, and these Buffalo blue hot dogs are ready to enjoy.

For an amazing twist on regular nachos, try these nacho hot dogs that are sure to impress your guests.

Simply start with cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.

Place a layer of shredded cheese on each hot dog.

Crumble up tortilla chips and add a layer on top of the cheese.

Add a generous layer of guacamole.

And then top with a layer of salsa or pico de gallo.

Drizzle a little bit of sour cream on the very top, and these nacho hot dogs are ready to serve.

Finally, if you really want to wow your guests, whip up a bowl of your favorite macaroni and cheese recipe.

Then, simply add a heaping serving of mac and cheese to the top of your hot dog. It really is the easiest of the three recipes!

When I served these hot dogs 3 ways, everyone in the LittleThings office was clamoring to get one.

I definitely plan to make them again for my next tailgating or game-viewing party.
