Elephant Face Appears to Emerge from a Cliff in Iceland
Like an elephant with its trunk dipped in the Atlantic
A natural rock formation off the coast of Iceland looks very much like an elephant with its trunk dipped in the Atlantic. What makes it so ‘real’ is also that the cliff is mostly formed from basalt rock which look like the wrinkled elephant skin. The remarkable sea-cliff is located on the island of Heimaey in Southern Iceland.
