Canadian architects turn bus into Mobile Fresh Food Market

Adapted bus as a traveling market

For residents of some remote regions of Toronto, shopping is a difficult and expensive task. Sometimes, the nearest supermarket is more than a kilometer away. But a project carried out in the city changed this reality using an adapted bus as a traveling market.

The bus, which is completely accessible to wheelchair users, was donated by the Toronto Transit Commission and adapted by LGA Architectural Planners for the NGO Food Share.
