Millions of people worldwide have trouble sleeping – or just don’t make the time for it – and it generates physiological and mental problems which could be prevented by simply regulating their sleep cycle.

A good night’s sleep is essential to recharge the body and keep the mind sharp. Without the 7 or 8 hours of sleep we need every night, our bodies could suffer from several side effects. In fact, a study published last year showed that a single week of sleeping less than six hours a night, resulted in changes in more than 700 genes. That’s right, sleep deprivation can actually change your genes.
