7 Times when a Breakup ???? is What's Best for You

Times when you have to step back and evaluate

Truly what’s best
Breakups are never easy. They’re emotionally draining but sometimes it’s truly what’s best. There’re times when you have to step back and evaluate if a relationship is working. These’re 7 times when you can trust that a breakup is what’s best for you.

1. He Isn’t Faithful

If your man isn’t being faithful then get out. There’s no need to even think this over. Unfaithfulness isn’t something you should ever tolerate in a relationship. You’re worthy of someone who will make you their only one. If the man you’re with can’t do that then kick him to the curb.

2. You See Red Flags in the Relationship

Sometimes you’re going along in a relationship and then you begin to see red flags. It’s important to realize that no one is going to be perfect and you have to accept a few flaws. But flaws and red flags are two very different things. An example of a flaw might be something like he‘s not a great listener or he drives too fast. Red flags are serious signs that there could he could have issues that impact your relationship such as he gambles more than he should or has a violent temper. Red flags are a sign you should seriously evaluate your relationship.

3. You Have to Fight for His Attention

Of course you can’t expect your guy to pay attention to you every minute of the day. He needs time for himself, his own hobbies and friends. But if you feel like your man totally neglects you, it’s worth noting. If you’re in a position where you feel you literally have to fight for his attention then you aren’t being respected as his girlfriend. Try talking to him about it but he’s not willing to change then break it off and find a #guy who does value you! ????

4. It’s a Toxic ? Relationship

Relationships can be toxic in different ways. To say that a relationship is toxic is to say that it’s poison to you. It’s extremely unhealthy. It could be toxic because your boyfriend is a narcissist, insanely jealous, abusive or many other ways. Basically, if you’re in a relationship that you know is unhealthy, get out.

5. When He Doesn’t Bring out the Best in You

You have a unique dynamic with each person you enter a relationship with. Ideally, you want to be with someone that brings out the best in you. You know you’re in a good relationship when your partner inspires you to be a better person. On the flip side, if he brings out the worst in you then it’s not working. This doesn’t include normal bad moods but rather the influence your partner has on your personality.

6. You’re Sad ???? More than You’re Happy

I think this’s one of the best pieces of advice you can take when it comes to a relationship. If you’re sad more than you’re happy then you need to evaluate your relationship. Of course all lasting relationships endure temporary down spells. But if it’s an ongoing thing that doesn’t show any sign of changing then you want to get out. Happiness should be the norm instead of the exception in a relationship.

7. It Just Doesn’t Feel Right

Sometimes you can’t put your finger exactly on what it is but there’s just something that doesn’t feel right. That’s your intuition talking. And more often than not, it’s correct. If you’ve got that feeling then you may want to give it a bit of #time to see if it changes. If the feeling doesn’t go away then you can definitely know you’re not meant to be in that relationship.
