Even though your TV screens and newsfeeds have probably been jam-packed with images and videos of Storm Jonas, it’s hard to grasp just how quickly and relentlessly this blizzard hit the East Coast.

Central Park received a colossal 68 centimeters (26.8 inches) of snow, making it the second-greatest snowfall in the city since 1869.
