Photographer Creates Hundred Happy Feet by Stone Footprints

This amateur photographer from Scotland who lives and works in South East England mostly photographs weddings and portraits but became famous with his stone footprint series. Iain Blake is amazingly inventive – he succeeded to enliven the imaginary footprints by composing them from simple round and oval stones. Can you feel the remaining presence of the feet and the claws of the owners of these prints? Perhaps the rarest quality of his installations is the cuteness of the full-fat feet that resemble those of a baby – like dozens of babies have strolled giggling and went playing, leaving their footprints behind them to remind of their joy.
