The Multicolorful Perspective of Single Urban Dimensions
Lines and colors differs from the standard focus
Meet Peter Stewart, cityscape traveling photographer, originally from Australia, now living in Hong Kong. Unlike most architectural photographers devoted to urban grey or monochromatic minimalist experiences, Peter Stewart’s images are full of color and freshness. What he keeps is the symmetrical perspective and, although pretty one-dimensional, the point of view with a multitude of lines and colors differs from the standard focus that these types of photos put on single buildings’ shapes and components. A single replicated element favors human inclination to like repetitive chromatic shapes creating kaleidoscopic appearances.
