The journey of the coffee bean is a long and adventurous one! Each step of the process from growing, harvesting, processing, roasting to brewing is temperamental and varies hugely from region to region. Each step also requires education and attention to detail in order to produce the finest coffee possible.

After oil, it is the second most traded commodity in the world. Coffee’s journey begins high in the mountains of equatorial countries like Vietnam, Ethiopia, Sumatra and Mexico.
